HUMAN SCIENCES
On the side of Human and Natural Sciences, we take part in the evolution of philosophical research about Self Technics (Foucault, 2001) and their Bodily Ecology (Andrieu, 2010); anthropological Body Techniques (Mauss, 1935) and their Embodiment (Csordas, 1990); sociology of Habitus (Wacquant, 2010); and the neuro-phenomonological approach of Enaction (Varela, 1993) through Body Schema (De Preester, H., Knockaert, V., 2005).
Through our recent studies we orient the theoretical foundation of Qi Dance through an Anthropology of Body Awareness Techniques (Chenault, M., Hamard, A., Hilpron, M., Grison, B., 2012) and the notion of Bodily Presence (Chenault, 2013).
